The parent company - Choctaw Development Enterprise

IKBI, Inc.’s parent company, Choctaw Development Enterprise (CDE), has a long history of successful ventures in construction and development. Established in 1969 as the first economic enterprise of The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, CDE became a vital part of economic expansion on the Choctaw Reservation. By the late 1980's CDE had successfully completed many government contracts by building box culverts, bridges, and road projects for the Department of Transportation. CDE was then called upon to focus on the overwhelming construction need of the Tribe following the economic boom in the early 1990s. With millions of dollars worth of construction underway, CDE has grown from serving the residential needs of the Choctaw people to constructing modern-day commercial and industrial projects.
